OUR SHAKE RECIPE

This is our personalized recipe. We encourage you to add or change elements to fit your body, needs and taste. We highly recommend the Purium Power Shake (Unflavored, Apple Berry or Kids Epigenius Chocolate) as the base for your shake and then you can add other fruit & veggie packs from Purium or add any fresh fruits and veggies that you like! We put the shake materials in this order to keep the mix from sticking to the side of the blender. If you are looking to lose weight, we recommend replacing breakfast with a shake, or, if you want a whole health reset or really focus on losing weight, we highly recommend the Ultimate Life Transformation by Purium. We have been doing a shake-a-day for 8 months to balance your gut-biome and get a full-spectrum of nutrition, we recommend doing a shake just before breakfast or as your breakfast to set your stomach micro-biome up for the rest of the day! These amounts are per person.

5.5 Tablespoons of Purium Power Shake, we prefer Unflavored but if you prefer sweeter Apple Berry is a great option. 

1 Teaspoons Cracked Chlorella for heavy metal detox support 

2 Teaspoons Aloe Digist 

1 Teaspoon Multimushroom Mix from Sporeganix.

5 - 10 milligrams of Naked Creatine

1 Organic Banana 

½ cup frozen fruit, ideally organic

Enough water to cover all the materials or ice if you want it colder
